Josh - (Owner)

Josh has been in the barber industry since 2003 as both a barber and a barber instructor, and Josh desires to bring excellent full-service barbering to his hometown. His dedication to customers is evident in the rapport he builds with each person as well as the skill employed to sculpt a flattering haircut, beard trim, or shave for his valued clients. Whether you have been a client from his beginnings or experience him for the first time, Josh will be a trusted friend for life! When not behind the barber chair, Josh can be found spending time with his young family, playing at the ball field, serving on the Minnesota State Barber Board, or enjoying a Twins game.

James -

Whether your style is a traditional fade or a longer "flow cut," James's 30+ years in the hair industry and desire to stay connected to the latest trends means his expertise will serve each client well. Hailing from a large family of barbers and stylists, James's natural camaraderie and dedication to serving others is innate. When not at the barbershop, James enjoys spending time with his family as they explore new places, take a hike around Carver County, or ride the waves of Lake Waconia during a leisure pontoon expedition. James is proud to be a part of the Waconia Barbers' team as he continues to serve Carver County.

Megan -

With her number one goal and delight of making others feel great about themselves and the way they look, Megan's career in the hair industry began in 2016. From her beginnings, Megan's talent for helping clients end up with a haircut they love is appreciated. In addition, Megan's gentle ways when creating an atmosphere for the youngest barbershop goers to feel comfortable make her a go-to for the littles. Outside of the work day, Megan is known to tackle any house project with her husband, enjoy some camping time with extended family, create special memories with her children, or care for her loving dog, snakes, lizard, and fish.

Dave -

Growing up in Minneapolis and making the move to the Waconia area in 2025, Dave brings his passion for precision and style to the barbershop chair. Specializing in fades and short hair, Dave combines skill with an easygoing rapport that makes every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. Outside of the shop, you’ll often find Dave cheering on the Vikings, Wild, or Twins, spending time with family, taking his dogs on adventures, or challenging someone to a game of cards or chess. He also enjoys golfing, camping, and soaking in the beauty of Minnesota’s North Shore. Dave looks forward to making each client feel confident and looking their best.

Edgard-

Edgard is celebrated for his ability to merge classic style with modern flair. Originally from Venezuela and now a long-time resident of Minnesota, his extensive background in men’s grooming and image design ensures clients receive a cut that is both meticulous and perfectly tailored to their personal aesthetic. Valuing a strong connection with every client, he is fluent in both English and Spanish, and enjoys getting to know you in the language you prefer. You want a fade beyond belief? Edgard is your guy! Beyond the barbershop, Edgard channels his passion for music into his work as a DJ and producer. When he’s not behind the clippers or the turntable, you can find him exploring new places through travel or spending quality time making memories with his family.

Wrigley-

Wrigley is the official "shop dog." She reports for duty (and treats) Tuesday through Friday and ocassional Saturdays. She specializes in providing unconditional love and highly personalized comfort to clients of all ages. Wrigley's passion is customer connection! In the waiting area, she's known for her expert lap-warming skills. Just scootch over, give the seat a little tap, and she'll instantly upgrade your wait time into a 5-star cuddle session. But beware! She's also a connoisseur of affection; once you start petting, be prepared for a 20-minute commitment. If she's not on your lap, she's quietly on the floor, using her finely tuned skills to find her way into your heart. Many clients in Waconia often call her the "sweetest dog ever," and many specifically coordinate their appointments around Wrigley's schedule, which she takes as a very high compliment! When she's not expertly managing shop morale, she's usually perfecting her "puppy-dog eyes" technique or enjoying some quality 'sun-dog' time. Wrigley looks forward to meeting you and helping you relax while you wait for your perfectly tailored cut!
